Yes, I have read everything here and I still don't understand the problem.  Our City of Anna bill is pretty steady at $100 this time of year with four people and two dogs.

If someone thinks water bills are an issue in Anna they should see what we had to pay in Derby, Kansas.  Our summer water bills were higher than our electricity bills.  The bill after we did sod was $600.   ::)

We lived in Derby and Rose Hill, Kansas. Small world!
Wow. We lived in both towns too in 2000 and 2001.

REALLY BABE?? Little info for ya....SWEET WIFE is YOUR WIFE--so WE means YOU AND ME ..you get the special award for your attention to detail!!

When I saw that the first time, I LMAO.  You tell him!

It didn't occur to me that Sweet Wife and Sweet were married.

I did think it was one HECK of a coincidence for so many to have lived in little ol' (but growing) Derby, KS.   ???

'Cause E and his family lived near those parts for awhile too.
