I live next door to the guy and haven't seen hide nor hair of him in weeks.  He seems to pop in and pop out weeks at a time.

Sorry for the misdirection.  Without having a clue who he was, that was the best I could do in a pinch. 

Regarding his whereabouts and frequent MIA status, my bet is it has something to do with his new venture "Hunter Svc".   Unfortunately my subscription expired last week or I would get a satellite fix on this number (214-551-5356).  That might give you a better idea of his location.
