This morning I contacted the German army (Bundeswehr) and am preparing to send them directly a summary of the reasons, evidence and arguments why I believe the entire German population, like the US, and Austrian and Irish, French and Polish — indeed the entire world — population is in extreme danger from these WHO mandated vaccines.

These “vaccines” are classified as bioweapons under EU and US law. They are to contain substances proven to be toxic for a virus proven to come from a lab. The bioweapon vaccines are to be produced by Baxter, Novartis and GSK and forced on the world’s people by WHO in a pandemic emergency under the International Health Regulations 2005.

The Rockefellers and Rothschilds through their agents in governments (such as John Rockefeller) and in institutional investment funds (such as Arlene Rockefeller) have been systematically funneling billions of dollars into this “private” bioweapons programme since the S.666 bioweapons Senate Bill of 2003.

Baxter, Novartis and GSK sit on the vaccine advisory board of WHO. Two WHO memos from 1972 prove that WHO has been working on turning vaccines into killers using injections first to weaken the immunse system, then to load it with a live virus, and then to cause inflammation and a cytokine storm.

I note that German troops are to be used in the “martial law” exercise by the FEMA and Homeland Security, controlled by WHO interests, which is to be carried out on American soil on July 27th, and which looks very much like a take over of the USA.

I can assure all Americans, no German soldier who knows what is really going on will be ready to participate in this planned take over and genocide in FEMA camps of a freedom-loving people and a free county based on the rule of law according to the US Constitution and no German, Austrian or Irish soldier who knows what is going on will be ready to be misused by WHO, the Rockefellers and Rothschilds to provide the military cover for FEMA to commit genocide while their own people are being given the same toxic injections in autumn.

Ring up your army bases, also in Germany. Give them the information.

What is WHO plan from July 27th?

The people of the US are armed and therefore must be overcome by stealth.

It is alleged any WHO plan to take over the USA involves deception and divide-and-rule tactics.

For WHO to succeed, they must get the people of the US to start firing on the foreign UN soldiers and so spark a conflagration. This will allow FEMA and Homeland, operating independently under WHO, to start a programme of genocide, rounding up people and taking them to camps.

The foreign UN soldiers will be conducting a military exercise and so not under orders to fire on civilians. Remember most of them will not know what is going on and will follow orders.

However, they will fire back if shot at.

Therefore, false flag operations with WHO agents dressed as UN soldiers and civilians will aim to spark a war between the foreign UN soldiers and the civilians.

In the meantime, Homeland and FEMA will start to round up people and transport them in ralway wagons to camps.

Communications with other branches of the US government and law enforcement will be cut, creating confusion.

In this confusion, with various groups fighting each other, the plan of genocide will proceed.

What has to be done?

The people of the US, the police and military must stand together and must target FEMA, Homeland Security and the WHO “Pandemic Control” center from which the operation will be conducted as well as the units operating on the ground.

The military exercises of the foreign UN troops must be circumvented wherever possible to avoid being drawn into fights.The mobility of the UN troops has to be prepared to be restricted by getting ready to destroy key transport infrastructure such as bridges, roads, railway lines and airports and sea bases.

Homeland Security and FEMA positions, logistics and supply routes, especially the fuel dumps, need to be reconnoitred and destroyed. Also, the electronic communications network must be jammed. Also destroy railway lines leading to FEMA camps and any other transport or other infrastructure needed by Homeland Security and FEMA to operate must be disabled.

The command positions of FEMA and Homeland Securty must be targetted and disabled.

If any elements of the UN troops turn against the US people because their leaders are working for WHO, they must be identified, their command centers must be targetted and disabled and the soldiers isolated and cut off from supplies by encirclement. Most UN soldiers will have no idea what is going on and would not participate if they did know. It is vital to inform soldiers in the US and every country so they understand they are being misused by the Rockefeller and Rothschild banking elite to destroy the USA while their own people are in danger from forced vaccines by the very same clique.

The counter attack on Homeland Security and FEMA units has to be conducted on local, county and state level in a coordinated and synchronised way.

The end objective has to be clear at all times: it is the restoration of government under the US Constitution and return of the rule of law in the USA.

OK, so you don't thumb through the daily press briefing materials from FEMA, but here's a dandy that just smacks of FEMA getting ready for some serous problems later on this summer and into what linguistically shapes up as a tempestuous fall & winter...

"FEMA Administrator Meets With Governors To Discuss Emergency Preparedness

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- This week, the Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Administrator Craig Fugate met with several of our nation's governors to discuss emergency preparedness and ensure that as many resources and plans as possible are in place prior to any potential emergency.

"FEMA is committed to protecting and assisting our states and citizens during disasters," said Administrator Fugate. "By working together and strengthening relationships at the state level, we can continue to build the national emergency response team which includes FEMA, as well as state, local, tribal and federal partners, the private sector and faith-based organizations. The work we are putting in now to build this team will go a long way during the next disaster."

This past Sunday Fugate addressed governors from across the country at the National Governors Association conference in Biloxi, MS, where he discussed how FEMA can best support the states and their citizens as we prepare for and respond to emergencies and disasters. While in Biloxi, Fugate met privately with Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue as well as Iowa Governor Chet Culver. After returning to Washington, Fugate met Monday with Governor John deJongh Jr. of the U.S. Virgin Islands and Tuesday with North Dakota Governor John Hoeven.

The NGA meeting, as well as the individual meetings with governors, built on efforts already underway to strengthen the national emergency response team. FEMA's primary responsibility as a member of this team is to support governors and ensure that all members of the team work together to better prepare for and respond to all types of emergencies. As part of the meetings, Administrator Fugate stressed the key role the public plays in these preparedness efforts. The more Americans do now to prepare their families, including developing a family emergency plan, the more effective our response team will be.

Prior to this week's meetings, Administrator Fugate had already met with a number of governors from across the country, including participating in a video teleconference with governors and officials from over a dozen hurricane prone states on his first day as Administrator.

FEMA leads and supports the nation in a risk-based, comprehensive emergency management system of preparedness, protection, response, recovery, and mitigation, to reduce the loss of life and property and protect the nation from all hazards including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and other man-made disasters.

I would just love to be a mouse in the corner at one of these meetings because while everything seems 'normal' there's a developing cloud on our economic horizon, which if it comes with what linguistics project will be demonstrations at banks and such, will no doubt involve state responses since the feds don't have enough manpower - nor do their contractors - to put down unhappy people who may figure out this fall that most of their life savings has been wiped out by egregious greed in the financial products industry.

The H1N1 vaccine is going to be tested at the beginning of August in Rochester, New York, on those people who belong to sections of the community that have been hit especially hard by the economic downturn. The clinic conducting the trials has asked, speciifically for elderly people, black people or children. In return for participating, people will get $50-$100 or the children will get a toy.

Novartis appears to have paid people in Poland 3 Euros to get them to participate in clinical trials of their lethal bird flu drug last summer, which caused death and injury to hundreds of people.

While the doctors and nurses have been put on trial in Poland for their role in this crime, even though it appears they were not properly informed by Novarits of the contents of the "trial" drug, Novartis has not yet had to face legal action.

Dr. Matthew Davis, the principal investigator of the Rochester trial, said that because the vaccine only uses pieces of the actual virus, there's no chance volunteer will get infected with the potentially deadly virus, according to a local newspaper.

So, here we have a doctor admitting that putting whole live attenuated viruses into the "swine flu" H1N1 jab, as Baxter, Novartis and other vaccine companies intend to do, and as WHO has instructed, could lead to an infection with a potentially deadly virus!

Infection is all the more likely if toxic adjuvants are added: even Baxter scientists state in their own clinical trials that the impact of adjuvants are negative.

"It's really as safe, actually if not safer, than the seasonal influenza vaccine that people will get every year," Davis said.

Guinea pigs: Oklahoma children to get swine flu vaccine

Some Oklahoma children will get a swine flu vaccine before it is available to the public. If clinical trials go well, the vaccine could be available in limited supplies by mid to late fall, experts said.

But some officials fear the already fast-tracked studies may not be swift enough to curb the disease's quick spread.

IPS Research in Oklahoma City is the first Oklahoma company to conduct the vaccination trials and will begin enrolling study patients Aug. 17, said IPS Research medical director Dr. Louise Thurman.

The trials will test the vaccine's effectiveness and whether or not it has negative side effects in patients.

She anticipates about 200 children ages 3 to 8 will be able to enroll.

Patients accepted for the study will be administered a vaccine or placebo and are monitored through office visits and by phone. The study lasts 42 days and follow-up calls continue after that period.

Nationwide, 12,000 children will be given the vaccine for the trial, she said. The company should know today whether it will conduct adult trials, too.

"From a science standpoint, it should work," Thurman said.

A race for a vaccine

"There is likelihood that we could have widespread disease in Oklahoma before we have a vaccine," said Don Blose, chief of immunization services for the state Health Department.

He said the H1N1 strain spreads more quickly than other influenzas and more than half of the reported cases have been in children. Also, some antiviral drugs don't work against the swine flu, he said.

This is why the studies are being allowed to progress more quickly than usual by the federal government.

According to Blose, the vaccine could be released in October or November. Those doses likely will go to at-risk and priority patients. He said federal health officials are working out those details and should have more information available in the coming weeks.

Blose said mass availability could come weeks or months later and as late as the first of the year if there are any delays.

Peak flu season is usually late fall, winter and early spring.

The vaccine probably will be administered in a two-dose series and will not supplant a seasonal flu vaccine, Blose said.

Likewise, a seasonal flu vaccine will not cover swine flu.

If the vaccines are not effective or if any problems are encountered in the production process, Blose said health officials will have to rely on backup plans: Washing hands, covering up coughs, avoiding crowds and ill persons staying at home.

But the best way, Blose said, is the vaccine.

The H1N1 virus has sickened about 200 people in Oklahoma and more than 40,000 nationwide.

It has resulted in 263 deaths, according to recent Centers for Disease Control and Prevention data.

The World Health Organization in June designated H1N1 as a level six pandemic, meaning the infection is widespread in the population.

According to the CDC, children and most adults don't have any existing resistance to the disease and this has allowed it to spread more quickly.

However, some people older than 60 appear to have some antibodies, or immune resistance, to the strain.
