Seasoned musicians for weekend jamming
« on: February 04, 2012, 07:53:15 PM »
We just moved to the Falls a month ago from McKinney. I’m hoping to find some local people to jam with on the weekends.
Nothing serious, just weekend warrior stuff. I have a day job that comes first but I like to jam with good people and learn new tunes.
I have full PA, 3 mics, bass, and a few guitars.

Personal info:
I’m 42. I started playing drums at age 13 and quickly realized that it wasn’t fun hauling a kit around.  I did the band thing for the last few years on the side (mostly parties and corporate gigs). I like all music for the most part but my vocals can’t hit the super high notes anymore (yeah, I’m getting old).
Skill level isn’t important. I learn from some people, and some learn from me, it’s all about having fun.
If you play music, or know some who does, shoot me an email.
Thanks, Paul

Great movie. A good representation of how my fiancée views my hobby.
