Without hesitation saying, "'Snide Remarks.concerning citizen lack of understanding”

 I won't even address some of you of the City Council ' You do not warrant even that much respect" to the tax payers of this small town to be truthful. "You criticized the publisher about the water meter concern Why don't you try a little kindness and praise instead of so much tearing down of everyone and everything? You would be a much better critic." In other words, I would be a much better critic if I criticized less.
----- Did the council know about the buying of the used water meters, increasing residents taxes, for products and services which has not been purchase.
