Great Experience at Swagger
« on: August 09, 2009, 08:36:17 PM »
Most of you that know me know that 1) can't drink beer and 2) can't drink liquor.  Swagger employees have promised me over time that the "next time" I am there they will have wine.

We really wanted to go there Saturday for lunch so RBO thought it would be a good idea to give them a heads up.

I called Tommy and he totally hooked me up.  On top of that the food was awesome, and I don't use that term lightly.

The onion rings were perfect, the breading on my chicken fried steak was delicious and RBO's cheesesteak can only be rivaled by Pat's in Philly - and we've been there.

Just wanted to do a shout out to Tommy and his wife for everything being so awesome.

I cannot say our experience was great the last time we were in Swagger. We have been several times since it opened - started out really great but then the new female manager turned us off quick.

We were in on the UFC night trying to watch the fight and enjoy the night when she continuosly flirted with and touched every man - married or not at almost every table - she dressed inappropriately for the atmosphere - it's not a bar in downtown dallas - this is Anna - a family town. She was rude to me but couldn't keep from touching my husband in front of me....really inappropriate.

I have heard similar stories from my neighbors and co-workers...it's sad but this kind of behavior will only drive business away. I nor my neighbors and co-workers will be spending any more of our hard earned money on Swagger.

I'm sorry one person can change our opinion about a great place but she sure has....that's my two cents.

Thanks - Sythe

Can't drink beer or liquior?

wow lady that sucks! i'd rather be blind, deaf, and piss out of a plastic tube for the rest of my life that not being able to deal with success, hardships, and fun times with my cold-filtered and Alcohol by Volume friends!

bottoms up!  :D
My favorite sex position is the Toyota - I wont stop no matter how loud you scream!!

And I don't trust anything that bleeds for five days and doesn't die!
