Hello to everyone! I have been an avid reader here at this forum for some time now, well, ever since we put an offer in on a house there in Anna. I wanted to know more about the town. What a great group of people you guys are! Now I know who to use to get rid of bugs, where to eat, where it's too smoky to eat, where NOT to ride my bike, where to go for dental work and many other fun and informative things. I have thouroughly enjoyed some of the "discussions". We are very, very excited about moving to your great little town!! Can hardly wait...we are set to close November 23rd.
So hello to you all and I can't wait to read more of what is going on there in Anna!

Meta, we are buying a house out on CR 505 with 13 acres. The house is in much need of some (a whole heck of a lot) TLC so it will be a couple of months before we get it up to "par". Does anyone know the people around that area...the area of CR 505, CR 504, 2862???
Fred, Fred, Fred...I can tell you we are not aliens, although after just having a baby and lack of sleep, my husband may beg to differ about me. As for the other questions, how about we have a drink over 'em and discuss it?!

Thanks for the welcome. Well here goes in a nut shell....I am a stay at home mom...ages of kids 18, 13, 12 and yes 7 months! Our 18 year old is it the Army in Maryland right now. We have a repair shop, The Hon-da Doctor, in Lewisville...we specialize in Hondas and Acuras. I am from Arkansas, was a REALTOR and also managed a body shop (how different, right?) Looking forward to moving and meeting everyone!
