My name is Aly Gwin and my husband is Shawn Gwin - We live here in Anna and have a 9th grader at the High School and a 5 year old at Rattan Elementary!!!
We are starting a bootcamp in Anna Tx. It will be starting Tuesday September 7 and will be every Tuesday and Thursday from 7 to 8. As we grow, we will offer other days and times as well!! We have ALOT of fun!! I have 10 years personal training and bootcamp instructing but know that the most important part is laughing and having a good time and meeting new friends!! We will use your own body weight to start... we just want you to start!! We will do old school things like bear crawl, crab walk, jump rope, climbing slides, balloon pop and many other creative ways to make you laugh and burn those calories!!
It is $30 a month for 8 sessions!!! This also includes free nutritional counseling!!
