Hello from your neighborhood Nutritional Counselor

My name is Rob Simmons. I live in The Falls and am a Nationally Certified Nutritional Counselor.  I do counseling on meal planning, general nutrition, supplements, weight loss, etc.
    I also am a part of a group that goes into schools and businesses to launch a 24 Day Challenge that helps people reach their health goals in an organized and free program.

I believe in helping people live optimal lives.  My services are $35 an hour, OR FREE with the purchase of $50 worth of products.  I would rather your money go into your health!

Sir.  We often suffer from lack of energy after hours spent in the shed...working...and whacking....  Have any advice?
