KWIK KAR OF ANNA -SVC SUCKS!!!!

I THINK SERVICED SUCKED!! I WENT TO KWIK KAR OF ANNA  AND  THEY DID NOT TOP FLUIDS OFF TO FILL LEVELS ,  FORGOT BRAKE FLUID ALL TOGETHER, THE WASHER FLUID ADDED  LOOKED LIKE MUDDY WATER AND THEN ONLY VACUUMED ONE FLOORMAT. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! WAIT THE EXTRA TIME AND TAKE TO THE DEALER WHERE YOU GET THE SVC YOU PAY FOR AND QUALITY PRODUCTS WITH FACTORY TRAINED TECHS TO YOUR VEHICLE.  THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE THEM  A CHANCE SINCE IT IS A LOCAL BUSINESS! AFTER  THE SVC  I CALLED AND TALKED TO KIRK THE OWNER, I TOLD HIM THE SVC THAT I GOT WAS POOR SVC AND HE PLAYED LIKE HE CARES!!  (BRING YOUR CAR BACK WE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT I APPOLIGIZE) AGAIN TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO DEALERSHIP IF YOU WANT A QUALITY JOB!!

Right off the bat this smells due to crappy grammar. Also constantly referring to service as SVC. And all upper case too.

Perhaps a disgruntled ex employee?

Had my alignment done there the day before thanksgiving and had a good experience.  Had to wait a bit for them to get the car in but that's no big deal as I wasn't in a hurry that day.  They were very courteous and even charged us less than he had quoted me the day before.  I will definitely be going back there in the future.

Nothing but great things to say about them from our household.  We ALWAYS GET GREAT SERVICE, ALL FLOORMATS VACUUMED, ALL FLUID LEVELS TOPPED OFF, and so on.

Will actually go get MY OIL CHANGED THERE AGAIN THIS WEEKEND!

My Mom got great FAST service when her car began to spew gasoline. They replaced the fuel pump, and we had absolutely no problems with service.

My wife took our truck there for an oil change 12/9/11 and had a similar situation. The windows were not cleaned, the truck floor was not vacuumed, and the antifreeze was left low. I checked and there is a new oil filter and the oil level is OK and the fluid looks new so I know they did the basic work. I checked this thinking if they skipped in some areas how do I know if the actually did the oil change.

I read all the other posts and it seems in general most give an A+, mainly for quick courteous service. Since our visits to the shop were close together I must assume the shop owner has an unmotivated employee that handled both our vehicles. Maybe a new hire that needs more training? I can accept that, but with the total cost for an oil change of over $40.00!! I'm afraid that I just might not be going back. I would prefer a bit slower service and more attention to detail OR just an oil change at a lower price.

And no, I don't work for a competitor.

I just had my vehicle inspected there and the service was great.  I'll be getting an oil change there soon as well.

I wanted to support a locally run business, but I do have to agree with the OP on this one.  I tried for three Saturdays to get my car in for an alignment, arriving early each attempt.  Each time I was turned away, the mechanic stating "NOPE, we got this car all torn down and we can't make no promises".  This went on for 3 weekends.    It's just an alignment.  It shouldn't take a professional mechanic any more than 45 minutes, tops.  If you're not going to perform the service, how about you turn off the giant red flashing sign stating "WHEEL ALIGNMENTS" out front??

Needless to say, I grew frustrated after the third turn away and took the car to McKinney.  Makes me miiss the Pit Stop.  :(

I went there in Dec for a State Inspection and it was great, super fast and the owner was a really nice man.  I do plan on going back and getting my oil changed.

went in Saturday, got the oil changed and all the goodies topped off and checked. No waiting and a service with a smile ( like always)
