Yes, I seem to find a lost dog every 4 months, but I usually can locate the owner. I live in this neighborhood and the fences freaking suck. My dogs have gotten out too so I can't judge anyone too harshly. I always stop when I see a stray dog because, A, if it's a small dog it doesn't have good chances with the coyotes, and B, they could get hit, and C, I have dogs of my own and would hope some one would help them if they got out. We did find the owner of this chihuahua. They had been out of town and someone had been watching their dog. It had been missing for 5 days. I'm glad this pup made its way home!
