I'm getting pretty tired of the trash blowing into my yard from the highway and from other peoples trash especially on trash day
but I still go out and pick it up, and as far as weeds go yeesh it's an up hill battle between the drainage ditch and the ag field behind me and of course
the previous tenants not treating the yard. When I moved in the front was 16" tall and the tenants I replaced moved out 2 days before I moved in, I am slowly trying to weed it and grow new bermuda I figured if I weeded it to much when I moved in I would have nothing but dirt left lol.  But at the same time I wanted to ask considering I am from an area where the grass has to be watered all the time, how often should I with bermuda it seems pretty drought worthy and I actually think I over watered it for a while trying to help it grow, just for suggestion sake how do you folks decide it needs water?

Go get some Scott's Turf builder for southern lawns.  Then water once a week.  Don't cut it too short.  Once it really takes hold good you won't have to water it but once every other week.

The biggest selling point behind these ridiculous trash bins was supposed to be to solve this issue.

Surely you're mistaken about this, because otherwise, we wouldn't need the RTBs.

I know I'll never buy another house on the outside corner of a street.  ;)  I pickup trash out of my yard DAILY, with the bulk of it on trash day or the day after...

We live in the middle of the block and still have trash accumulate between our house and the neighbors. Living on the corner must be worse? Glad we didn't choose a corner lot!!
