LOL, sorry...

1. A couple wants to build a pool.  The council decided to deny their variance request to allow Phillip and Clark to see if they can work out a contract affecting the fair market value negotiations in years to come when they build a road thru their living room.

2. No beer barns, it was suggested by Keith that the council be allowed to allow certain establishments on a case by case basis.  The comment was pretty much, "This council is not smart enough to make a decision on a case by case basis"  The room went silent for a moment...  Driskell's expression was priceless...


3. Driskell voted no to limiting who would be eligible to be appointed to Place 6.  I am not the best one to eloborate on this one as I did not understand process wise what was going on with place 6 to begin with.
