Regular Meeting, November 19, 2007
The Park Board of the City of Anna will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 pm, Monday, November 19, 2007, at the Anna City Hall Administration Building, located at 111 N. Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to Order and establishment of quorum.
2. Update on alternative construction estimate by Helmberger Associates, the City Engineer now working on the Slayter Creek Park Project.
3. Update on Construction Manager for Slayter Creek Park.
4. Discuss and take action on recommendation to the City Council for Design Drawings for all elements of Slayter Creek Park to use for possible cost assistance by local contractors and suppliers.
5. Discuss and take action as desired regarding a committee to compile a list of area contractors and suppliers before the next meeting for assistance with construction of Slayter Creek Park.
6. Discuss and take action as desired regarding committee to analyze and prioritize needs of Geer Park before the next meeting to pursue possible funding sources.
7. Discuss and take action as desired regarding committee to place easels and samples for Park donations.
8. Discuss and take action as desired on maintenance at Natural Springs Park.
9. Discussion of items as desired by Park Board members; including future agenda items.
10. Review and take action as desired regarding the Minutes of the September 17th, 2007 Park Board Regular Meeting.
11. Adjourn.
