Anyone notice?
« on: May 05, 2011, 10:12:34 AM »
Has anyone else noticed the new lot being started right when you turn into Oak Hollow from 455? I just noticed it yesterday. It's right across from where the old Ryland office was. New builder I suppose?

maybe a model for some builder??

no signs yet and no trailer for sales?  however Drees is selling in Pecan hollow from Providence, which is almost in Denton

Very interesting development. Good news if they start filling in these lots!

We looked at Providence many years ago when it would've cut my drive significantly.

we like the architecture there, reminds me of New England

however, as adults with no kids, it just wouldn't work for us. That's really a kid centric development.

LOL- I should have been more specific, but the uncut lots in the back get really bad.  Only one mowing this year so far.

did they buy all of the vacant lots in the Hollow?

Guess we'll find out eventually.

Can't wait for the roach coaches to show up.

I always loved the left over 2 by 4s and 2 by 8s. Used a lot of them over the years at different subdivisions I bought in.
