Yeah, was wondering if pepperspray would work, also wondering if that it legally!

I had a real issue last year and after talking to the neighbors they just quit answering the door!  Then I reverted to the HOA and the police department.  This was after about 3mos of trying to work it out with the neighbor.  The next step was to try and sell the house and move which I think is f@#%$ sad to try and get some sleep and peace.

Is this dog on Elm or very close to Elm?  If not, then his cousin "sir barks too much at night" lives on Elm.  Elm is backed by some land with cows/bulls and you can hear those sometimes too.

Did I miss where somebody already used the name 'sir barks a lot'?

I was just thinking if this "dog" is on Elm, maybe it's freaked out by the moo-ing barnyard animals.  Or the random skunks, possums, armadillos, triple tailed scorpions, 13' snakes, sabre toothed rabbits, face eating wolf spiders, 3 legged grasshoppers, one eyed racoons.  Okay, okay, we don't have any those.  Sorry.
