dawn at oak hallow hoa
« on: January 20, 2010, 08:39:46 AM »
Wow just had my first conversation with Dawn. I had not received my statement for hoa fees. Is she always rude and short tempered or was she just having a bad  day. She informed me that the statements where mailed last  month. And that she always has problems getting mail to anna ???? I made the mistake of asking if the mail had been returned and she went on ranting how she had over 8000 home owners to contend with .... I tried to tell her that I wasn't angry , I just want to pay the dues on time. I am thinking that maybe she is overwhelmed any one have any insight???

I've talked to her before and she wasn't really friendly. I have been meaning to call her too because I also have not rec'd our statement. I guess I'll be delegating that call to the husband ;)

I have had several conversations with Dawn & she is ALWAYS rude. Morning, noon or afternoon. She is either stressed or just doesn't like her job. Maybe she just needs to get out of the hoa business.

You know what would be refreshing?  Informative, polite HOA management company employees.

I was told I could listen to my radio at a reasonable level.

The thing is, Bob, it's not that I'm lazy, it's that I just don't care.

I haven't had any issues with her.  Always seemed polite and nice on the phone.  Haven't met her in person...

Maybe I just caught her on a bad day...

We have not had any problems when dealing with Dawn on our few occasions.

From the sounds of the stark differences posted here i would venture to say that she has bad weeks. Some catch her during the friendly 3 weeks each month and the others caught her on that one BAD week.

speaking of... her ears must have been burning. Take your decorations down, yall! :-P
She's not a fan of BCCing her emails, and it didn't look like this went out to very many people so I thought I'd post here.

Dear Homeowners;

Please remove all exterior Christmas decorations.  We will be performing a PROPERTY INSPECTION on February 2, 2010.

Thank you for your cooperation
