DAWN THE STUPID A**!

I CAN'T BELIEVE WE HAVE PEOPLE LIKE HER OR THE ONES AT ESSEX HANDLING A HOA.  THEY NEED TO BE FIRED!  [REDACTED] ESSEX YOU SUCK!

so i take it from the multiple comments on various threads that Marinesneverdie is upset with Dawn at Essex mgmt? sure would like to know more about why because so far we only can surmise that her replies are not spell checked before sending.

Also curious, as I've had my share of difficulties with her recently.

I can vouch for her horrible spelling, math and grammar though :-P

ok ok ok - you guys caught me.  "Dawn" is my 8-year-old daughter.  We were trying to make a little money on the side, and she wanted to try her hand at being an HOA administrator..I thought, what could it hurt really?  After experiencing some of the other HOA management companies, I really thought my child could do at least as well, if not better.

Apologies to all.

But I'm keeping your money.
