Yes, house fire on White Oak.  No one was hurt but there was a good amount of damage on the backside of the house.

Were the sirens between the hours of 5-8 PM. If so, I guess they were not Anna Sirens. Remember, Anna FD goes off duty and abandons us every afternoon, according to some people! LOL (Dry sarcasm)  Anyway, I am glad no one was hurt.

I was one of the firemen in the house that night and they lost quite a bit.  It's really cool to see all the people pitching in and helping them out to get them some needed supplies.  Thanks Anna'ites..

I am with another department (have been for 4 months or so) and we were called in for mutual aid.

Was banging this nice lady over her kitchen table when we heard the front door open. She said, "It's my husband! Quick, use the back door!"

Thinking back, I really should have ran - but you don't get offers like that every day.
