Do any of you in Oak Hollow have problem with Termites?  Should I get a termite inspection if I decide to buy a place?  The last state I lived in required termite inspections when selling a house so the buyer doesn't get stuck with termites.  I am considering buying or renting in Anna and getting out of busy north Dallas.  Do people usually do termite inspections when buying?  I have only rented in Texas so I am not sure what is required.
