HOA DUES

My family and I are looking to buy in Oak Hollow, and we are trying to find out how much the dues are and if they are monthly or yearly.

I don't live there but the last I heard they were $180 per year.  They may have gone up some but there is a cap as to how much they can be raised each year so that should give you a good ballpark figure....

Due yearly in December, considered late by Jan 31st.  They increase yearly by 10%.

2011 dues were $212.50.  2012 dues will be $233.75.
