They seem very nice and are aware of problems and will take care of them. There are things that they will start doing inspections 2 times a month. We will start to get fined if the problem is not resolved within 2 weeks; the fines will be $25 for the second noncompliance then $50, $75, and so on. Talking to them they really are willing to work with us! I am very happy we have them; Cornerstone just sucked you could not get Sheila to do anything.
