Are you looking to rent one? I've been in the very beginning phases of considering leasing my home.

Hello to you both. I'm Kittybabez' husband. Would like to talk to you both if at all possible. Please reply here or look up my email on my profile. It is public. We have excellent rental history through Elliott Properties, who posts on this board. We're just stuck in a situation where we need to start looking for a new home. Aren't in a position to buy yet and the home we currently lease might be in jeopardy of foreclosure. Please contact asap. Thanks!

Did you ever find a rental in Oak Hallow?  I am considering that neighborhood too.

I live in Oak Hollow and a home on our street finally sold. From the looks of the "crew" working on the house, I am gathering that the house is now a rental. It's a two story, 2000 sq. foot house with trees behind you and not other houses. It's on Post Oak Trail very close to the elementary & Brookshires. I am praying for a nice family to move in that actually cares about how their yard and house look. No grass parkers please!!!!!!!

Okay, I have confirmed that the suspected house that sold is indeed going to be a rental. They have installed a new front and back door, painted all the walls, power washed the house, new carpet, new laminate or tile( tore the old laminate out)and pergo flooring. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 story, large backyard that backs up to heavily treed area. It's about 2000 square feet. The address is 1310 Post Oak Trail. Drive by and check it out if you want. There are no signs in the yard as of today, so I don't know who is renting it out.

Did you go inside?   If so, what kind of a floor plan do they have?

I am looking to move farther north and have looked in Anna.  Maybe I'll drive by next week.

I did not go inside, but I did look in a window. It has new carpet, vinyl, doors, mini blinds, and is freshly painted inside and out. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 car garage. All three bedrooms are upstairs. The master has it's own bathroom, is about 19 x 19 and also has a good size walk in closet. The back yard is a nice size too. The downstairs has a dining room, living room, kitchen, half bath and laundry/utility room. The upstairs is 3 bedrooms, loft and two bathrooms. It's about 2000 square feet.

Thanks for the info.  I hope you don't get arrested for being a peeping Tom.   ;D

Does it look like they are done with it?  Was this place run down before someone bought it?

It was a little run down. The workers have made it look much better. One thing I forgot to mention about what the house has is a fireplace. I think that they are pretty close to being done. I am sure that whoever owns it wants it ready for the first of next month. At least I would if I were renting it out. It also has new mini blinds in all the windows.

Hmmm...sounds like a foreclosure property.  I wonder if that is what it was.  Did you know the previous occupants?

Sometimes foreclosed properties are kind of beat up.

Whether it is me or someone else, I hope you get some nice neighbors in the house.  It sounds like you live very close to that house.

My wife and I are looking in Anna, but haven't decided if we want to move up there right away or after the new year.  We plan to swing by Oak Hollow this week or next week.  I like your neighborhood.
