House For Lease in Oak Hollow*****RENTED*****
« on: May 08, 2010, 06:15:22 PM »
I have a 3BR 2Bath one story home for rent available early June. New real wood floors, fresh paint throughout, new carpet throughout, brand new hot water heater (3 months old), arbor out back, and river-rocked fireplce. Very clean and well maintained. Rent $1100/$1000 deposit, dogs/cats okay any size. Home has a doggie door in kitchen that leads outside under the arbor. Please contact me for pics or any questions.

Very nice house. Although, I must admit that I'm concerned with Anna's rental market. We rented a 1900sq-ft house on the south end of Oak Hollow from Elliott Properties two years ago for just $1100/mo. We are seeing smaller houses now renting for upwards of $1350-$1400/mo. While this house is truly a good deal in the current rental market, the quickly increasing rental rates in Anna is disturbing. In fact, if it weren't for certain opportunities in the works, we'd be forced to leave Anna and move into an apartment somewhere.

It gives me hope, because if the relocation package isn't generous enough we will be needing to rent out our 3600 sq ft house.  If I have to deal with the stress of having a renter it needs to be able to rent for enough to completely cover my mortgage, and to have an agent watch over the house since we will be overseas.
