I put out an ad in craigslist.

http://dallas.craigslist.org/ndf/apa/1554930130.html

Quick question.  I see you are renting it at $1185.  I was looking at some other houses that we were considering renting in the fall in Oak Hollow and they were $1250 to $1350.  I remember one was at 1310 Post Oak.   I think there was even a 4 bedroom at over $1400 on the same street.  They were recently rehabbed.  Have the rents been going down?  Maybe it is good that my wife and I waited.  Perhaps the other properties were over priced.  We live down the freeway a little ways and want to move into Anna.  We have been moving at a snails pace relocating up to Anna.  I'll mention your house to my wife.

That's a pretty big drop in prices, have they really dropped that much?

That's what I want to know.  Is this house in good shape or in need of repairs?  The more expensive ones felt like they were brand new because they had all new carpets, paint, and appliances.

I live right across the street from the house.  Its fine.  The nurse and her family from Rattan rented it until her husbands job transfered them to Florida.  They lived there 1 1/2 years.
