I posted a very similar message in INTRODUCTIONS but I thought this applied well since this is the actual subdivision I am moving into.  That being said, please read below:

Hi everyone!  My name is Crystal Gaddy and I have recently moved to Anna with my husband and our two children (3 year old son Dylan and 5 year old daughter Taylor) and we love the area so far.  We are actually closing on a home this week in the Oak Hollow subdivision and I will be running an in-home registered daycare there.  I have dropped off flyers w/business cards around this subdivision and some of the others in town and plan to hit more in the coming days.  I hope this isn't too much of an inconvenience for those not interested as I am simply trying to introduce the business.
