I have gone round and round with Dawn and I have called three times to find out who else I can talk to (i.e., her supervisor) and I'll be danged if my calls don't keep getting dropped! Shocking!

You might try their webform and tell them you'd like to report a violation but leave out a critical piece of info so they'll have to call you back...

DAWN IS A STUPID V'JAYJAY AND HAS NO CLUE ON HOW TO RUN A HOA AND NEEDS SPELL CHECK ON HER EMAIL REPLIES AND NEEDS TO READ THE RULES ON A HOA.  I CAN'T BELIEVE I COULD HAVE GIVING MY LIFE AT WAR FOR A STUPID ASS PEOPLE LIKE THE ONES AT ESSEX.  THEY SHOULD WORK FOR BP.  MAYBE JUST PUT ESSEX IN THE GULF AND SEE IF THEY CAN SWIM OR LIVE IN THE OIL!!!!!!
