as i learned from here on the anna forum that you guys and us at westfield have the same HOA, Essex
well today i recieved a email from one of our neighbors stating we have a HOA meeting planned, i thought i would let you guys know, so if any of you wanted to show up and get to know Essex Hoa <for those that havnt met them> could show up and speak to them after our lil meeting with them, the meeting is as follows:  or maybe you guys could get them to schedule one for you....if they havnt already!

I am sending this to the two of you because you are the only e-mail addresses I know of in the neighborhood.  I figure you can pass this along to others that you know.
 
I finally succeded in getting an annual meeting scheduled.  It took a year, but I pushed hard enough.  It will be Nov. 3rd at the fellowship hall of Calvary Baptist Church at 6pm.  I tried for a later time, but I at least got them to change it from 5pm.  Dawn will be sending a flyer soon about it with all the particulars.  We really need to get as many homeowners there if possible.  We still won't have a majority, but we can at least have a bigger voice.
 
I am also asking that Maurice Schwanke be present, as well as the mayor and any city council members that we can get.  We need to have a strong voice especially with the city.

so there ya go, our scheduled meeting.just thought i would share that info with you, as i said if you have any major beefs and wanna meet up with them afterwards, by all means.
