The security gaurd did seem to help this past weekend. All the people there seemed well behaved (teens and adults) and no one gave him any grief when he checked wrist bands. Maybe the needless destruction will stop. One can only hope...
I agree. We had our little b-day party under the tent, and saw a few teens that turned themselves away when they saw the guard. Later this week, when the guard was not present, my wife had issues with a family that had no bands and no card. Their kid kept harassing the little girls my wife took to the pool... shooting water guns in their face, grabbing them in the water, yelling names/profanity at them (and this kid was maybe 6?). She asked the "parent" (and I use that term loosly) to reign in their kid, but he was worse after that, not better....
So during the summer, it appears the lesson is... if you are going to steal pool time from a community you don't live in, go during the week.
