Security Guards @ the pool
« on: June 08, 2010, 05:11:50 PM »
for those of you not on Dawn's list.

Dear Homeowners,

Starting Friday June 11, 2010, your community will have a licensed Security Guard on site at the Pool. We will have the Guards on site Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  They will be checking wrist bands and ID’s if necessary.  The Guards will have complete authority as Essex HOA Management and will not hesitate to ask you to leave the area if they see it to be necessary.

We are using this program at other Developments and it’s seems to be working out very well.  Our goal it to make sure everyone has a safe and fun summer!

Sincerely,

Evil Wench

Actually I like the idea, I just wonder how much it's costing?

I think it is great that we have a security guard. It has helped already and hope we keep them. The cost is worth it. As you have notice, there are very few chairs and no toilet paper in the women's bathroom. Don't know about the men. FYI: Bring your won chairs and paper. This is because the brainless turds cram paper in the toilets and tear everything up. As my understanding, Dawn is not putting paper towels or toilet paper in. Too expensive to keep fixing the pluming. One toilet is still not fixed. I wish they would banned all teenagers w/out parents from the pool. There are some mature and responsible ones and It's ashame we have to pay the price for the bad ones.
Everyone needs to speak up and chase them off. It is everyones job, not just the pool committees. This happens every year and until we get support from all homeowners, the same garbage is going to continued. Amen!

Lol... just use the pool as the toilet. It has enough chemicals in it to disperse the waste you put out. I know I am not the only one that pees in the pool. If so, well don't swim while I am visiting my friends in Oak Hollow. Let that Dawn person continue to not fix the toilets. Its fine by me, just don't let the water get in your mouth, eyes, or ears.

why does the image in the mirror appear different than the image not in the mirror?  it seems like the mirror guy is much more interested/different head angle?  other than that, it's a great pic.

This is a poor representation of the original. I believe it had a hat and badge too, but I can't find the original thread. It was at least two years ago.  ;)

Is this the original?  I'm not sure.
