Sex offender and rapist

How do we know about these people and if they are in our neighborhood......I have heard someone in Oak Hollow was arrested for rape....dont know how true it is but if it is true is there a way to keep him away from the pool and our kids this summer. ???

I heard about the one in oh.. It was rape of a woman not a child the website above will give you all sex offenders in your area

i heard about a possible sexual assault but nothing about rape. as for pederasses, there are three registered behind OH and two in the trailer park near the HS. at least at last check/known addresses.

I know what case you are talking about.  Remember there are 3 sides to every story.  In that case the 2 knew each other prior and MAY have had a little history there in the past.  The man accused is not a pedophile.  Its a sticky situation from what I understand and I am staying out of it

I remember this - yes - completely unlike what it sounds; one where the "law" may have been "improperly" applied.

I have no knowledge of this case but my favorite thing to tell my children is that there are 2 sides to every story and the truth usually lies somewhere in the middle.

I think the sex offender registry needs some serious reform.  I had a friend in high school that was listed due to the age difference between him and a girl he met at a party.  I am sure the poor guys life was ruined, and we later found out this girl yelled rape every time her parents found out she had been out having a little "fun".

I believe even if you get caught peeing in public, you have to register as a offender. (I'm not as up to date on all the laws as I used to be)

my brother was arrested for that in Maryland LOL :D :D  He did not need to register

Depends on who happens upon you and gets a peek and what the judges agenda is that month. I appreciate the lists but do not discount everyone on there, I try to look at the circumstances of the charge.

I am pretty sure if you are caught peeing in public by a kid then you are toast, other than that I don't know where the line is drawn. 

Remember the good old days when we could ride in the back of trucks and boys could pee on a tree without being taken to court?  Damn, I am starting to sound old...

there was a lot of cool things we used to get to do before everyone got so bent out of shape and offended by any and every thing. folks don't want the government intervening yet run to them to control everything.

wish we could all go back to not worrying about everything and sticking to things that matter. you all know what they are. cold beer, good friends/neighbors, good friends/neighbors with cold beer, good community for the kids to grow up in, good community for the kids the grow up in and cold beer for adults, etc...
