Broken Signs
« on: April 17, 2009, 06:23:30 PM »
Several weeks ago six speed limit signs magically appeared in our neighborhood.

Unfortunately, they are defective, as none of them seem to work.  I  refuse to believe my neighbors are that stupid and/or illiterate, so there must be something wrong with the signs themselves.

Does anyone have a manual I can thumb through?

Thanks,

Eric

The speed limit and stop signs that were put up in The Falls must be made by the same people who made yours. That is the only reason that I can think of. Even the police run the stop signs.

I ran a stop sign with my lawn mower one time.  Does that count?

The city put our 25mph signs in a couple of years ago. They placed them in strange places like right on corners where people can miss them. Also they never concreted the post so kids can pull them up, tilt them or turn them around or every which way. "Very professional job."
