Your dues should follow you from the developer to the new management company.  Call your developer and raise hell.  Threaten a lawsuit, tell them you are going to go to City Council, but I don't think I would go just yet.  You could start something that you really don't want your HOA (and your money) to have to deal with.

Don't you think that we have been calling our developer already and the HOA and our lawyers, going to the city is the last resort. The pool isn't the only problem we have had to deal with this year. I just wanted you to know that. Thanks.

Yeah, sounds like someone is getting bent over hard over there...  I hope for the best outcome you can get at this point..

We now have comittees.  Ehowton is in charge of making sure there is never a shortage of beer in the neighborhood.

I didn't really think that you weren't trying other things, I was just saying make sure you know what you are stepping into.  Also, watch Pam, they raped our bank account on the way out.  Double charged us for things, charged us for things that never happened, and even more crazy stuff.  Try to get someone to do an audit if you can afford it, and focus on the lst 30-60 days they were in control.

THANKS, MOM! We had a great discussion last night, and they mentioned the comments made at CC on Tuesday about Lone Star's problems with other neighborhoods and how they are to be (or being) audited due to those problems. We greatly appreciate everyone's help!
Ask me how I can help you feel your best.
