Creekside will not be getting a pool.  We do not have the space nor the quantity of homes to support one.

It means extras that are not standard and in a homeowner setting it refers to things that are for the community.  The park in Creekside is owned by the homeowners, it is not a city park, that is an amenity.

Some of it, there are 7 types of meat in a turtle..  The taste ranges from Chicken to rabbit, to frog, all of which I have heard be described as tastes like chicken.  It also has a meat in it that tastes like that weird gum you get in the truck stop bathrooms..

Isn't Pecan Grove where folks were moving from the Falls, because of the HOA problems?  Now the new subdivision is having the same difficulty and they are not even sold out yet? Hummmmmm did someone move out of one trouble and into another?
