Here we go again.  We just received the new Home Owners Association Fee.  Now it's going up to $450 plus dollars??  Can someone explain why?  Over $13,000 to run the pool for a year.  Does anyone have a pool?  What are your costs?  I, for one, would like to see the bills and payments for those listed items of expenses. 

Wow...I think PG has the highest Homeowners dues in Anna!...I'm curious to know if Willow Creek is going to raise ours currently at $180.00.

we had a pool at our old house I think it was about $150 monthly with electricity for the pumps and chemicals. THen again I did all the work on it. $13K is way high I would guess. Not sure what the size of your pool is. You can always start a petition and get a new HOA or try to.

If you have Pam you are getting taken.  Our HOA was in such a bad financial state of affairs while we had Lonestar.  We switched and now we can actually afford to have community parties, our homeowners are WAY happier because we aren't getting off the wall violations (trash cans out, on trash day), and we get responses from our Property Manager when we get a response.
