Kinda off topic...Just wondering, since Pecan Grove is in the woods...Do ya'll have to pay city taxes?...Is Dree's the only builder out there?  Sure wish we knew about this neighborhood before we bought in Willow Creek.  I love the drive over there..it's so pretty  :)

We are in the city, not the EJT so taxes & voting apply.  Pecan Grove had both Drees and Mercedes as builders, but Mercedes pulled out after building only a couple of houses, the last of which sold only a month ago or so.

It is a beautiful drive.  Quiet too.

Now that the Anna 'growth spurt' has slowed, I think it'll be awhile until I we fill up here.
