Suspicious Vehicle
« on: February 06, 2009, 04:04:40 PM »
I always thought it was humorous when I was told to look out for "suspicious" vehicles.  What does that even mean?  How can a vehicle be shrouded in suspicion?  Are there key elements of suspicion to look for?  Identification features which earmark it as such?

Well, I found an answer to that long time question today.

We live on a stretch of road with only three houses on it, all right next to each other, and there's a car, parked on the other side of the street, that doesn't belong to anyone.  Its a brand new, shiny Toyota, and its trunk is open.  And its alarm sounds intermittently.  Unbeknownst to me, my middle neighbor contacted the neighbor to her right to ask him if it was his.  It wasn't.  So she called me.  I went outside and saw the neighbor to her right, and asked him.  Then the neighbor who called me came out and the three of us stared at this oddity.

Pretty freakin' suspicious if you ask me.

Was just notified that said neighbor's wife's friend is out with neighbor's wife for the weekend and they took her car.

MYSTERY SOLVED!

At least we know what a 'suspicious vehicle' looks like now!

I always look for beady headlights set too close together.

Aha!  That makes so much more sense!

Why is the trunk open?

My favorite sex position is the Toyota - I wont stop no matter how loud you scream!!

And I don't trust anything that bleeds for five days and doesn't die!
