what do you all think about pecan hollow? We drove it yesterday and it looks nice, a lot of wooded/creek lots. Drees is in there. Feedback?

Pecan Grove?

Its the most beautiful of all the subdivisions.  And one of the most quiet.  Until its not.  Then its just fun.  Lots of great peeps in Pecan Grove, all my neighbors are friendly and outgoing and we watch each others backs.  A real tight-knit group.  All the kids know all the other kids and the parents know all the kids parents.  There's a new home going up now in fact.  First growth we've seen in a year.

We're in a Drees home, Mercedes was there and built a couple but they pulled out and now Chlamydia homes has moved in.  Haven't seen them yet.

Stop by for a glass of boxed wine next time you're in the neighborhood!

They should make wine in juice boxes.

There is a Pecan Hollow in addition to Pecan Grove that I believe ggolf95 is talking about.  We've been out here for about 4 1/2 years.  Love it.  Love having neighbors, but not right next door.  Love our trees and quiet.

I goofed up. I'm referring to the subdivision east of 75 off 366. Pecan Ridge, Grove, Hollow, Nut, whatever?

It looks nice, there are creek lots there, a little bit of elevation changes, nice looking existing homes. Far enough from 75 that you don't hear it that much. Plus, you can score boxo wine from
E.
Drees is building there I think and their price point is good. Had a Drees home in Plano in the 80s that was, ahmm, sorta good.

Just have to get the wife off her anti-Anna groove.

I googled Chlamydia, and it seems to be a STD, not a home builder? If that is the name of the builder I need to talk with the owner about marketing and positioning. I mean, Syphilis Builders might still be available. Crab Homes. Housing is Viable (HIV). Oh, don't get me started. I'm an old marketing guy. An angry old unemployed marketing guy.
