Holy crap I was kicked in the head by the old Mexican ice cream mans donkey and my head is swollen.  It seems to be ready to pop!  Any medical advice..i am only here on a Visa!

The swelling has subsided and the Donkey has been put to sleep per Quadplex ordinance.  Case Closed.  Thanks for everyones concern of my health.
