Going north on Hwy 5 it is immediately after the current High School.  You will make a left onto Rosamond Parkway and then you can't miss it.

There is a paved trail, pavilion, ball fields, skate park, and playground.  We take our dogs out on the trail, but there is not an off leash area.

There is a restroom, but I am not sure that they unlocked all the time.  They may only be open when there are games at the ballfields, but I am not sure...

The restrooms at Slayter Creek Park are open pretty much during the hours of daylight.  We secure them at about 11 pm and public works opens them at day light.
