Ok. For all those with the broadband cards, which one do your recommend? I know some will get a better signal than others. What has been your experience?

Nothing beats the Sprint card for speed.

Decent rates, etc?
I'm asking mainly because I just discovered there are no close by wifi signals I can use easily. There is one, but it fades in and out. Almost like a pulsar. But slower.

I've used them all ......Verizon has the best reliability, and speed. This card I have tried all over the south west and in Colorado  Sprint is fast not too many dead spots tried only around Texas. Cingular was not impressive at all Mostlyin Texas and Oaklahoma. T-mobile was ok did work too well in Anna. It may have been my house.

Verizon has a broadband card out now too? Does it have an OSX driver?

It appears that the V740 does.

Well, the prices are the same it seems for about the same speeds, etc.
I'm thinking I may need to go with Verizon. Verizon seems to have coverage where my parents live for their broadband card, and Sprint doesn't. No big surprise there.

So, we'll see how it goes.
