I've been accused of that before. 

I don't really have time to push the bacon agenda right now - I've got a website to build, flyers to design, and mailing lists to compile - we need drive-thru beer sales more than bacon candles.

It seems that the TABC issues thigs differently to places that sell liquor and beer differently.  The reason for this seems to keep us from having a "beer barn" type location? I may be incorrect, but this is what I am hearing.

So how about you make it where the only places that can sell beer out of a window are places that also sell liquor and wine.  That will eliminate the beer barn locations I would think.
