We found a flyer in our mailbox stating that we need to be aware of some roofer working in our neighborhood.  Unfortunately, there is no mention of 'who' the suspect roofer is, or 'who' felt it necessary to warn their neighbors.

So, this leaves me to think that some roofer simply tried some propoganda to try and throw doubt on any other person trying to do business.

If this is not the case, and anyone is aware of the originator of the flyer, then I would welcome more detail considering we are currently considering having our roof replaced.

ask neighbors if they got the flyer too

it's against postal regs to put anything in the box except stamped mail so whoever did it can get in trouble

We had a flyer for a Pet Grooming service placed in our mail box.  It's against Federal Regulations.  I sure hope the owners weren't dumb enough to do it, but hire help was...  I don't want people opening my mailbox and seeing all the dirty things I order like Netflix and Electric Bills.  So naughty!
