Another Empty House

Yet another house next to me has been vacated.  This make 4 empty house in directly around me.  Is this happening everywhere, or just the falls?   ???

It IS scary.  We have been lucky on Niagara to not have any of our close neighbors leave, yet...  I wonder if this community will ever get built out and reach the level of quality it is capable of.  :'(

One of my good friends from HS just asked me about our community today.  I told her about the houses available in the Falls - maybe we can get at least one house occupied again...   :-\

I have a contract for a foreclosed property in The Falls.  Planning on rehabbing and selling....what is the draw to living in Anna?

Nope.  Just around your house for some reason.  Probably the snakes.   :D

Our stretch has been pretty solid for a while now.  2 doors down on both sides are rentals, but they were not really the result of foreclosure.  They both moved away and then couldn't sell so they're renting from what I understand.

Which house do you have?

It appears that I did get a new neighbor while I was on vacation but the only reason that I know that is because the trash can keeps coming out and going back in the garage mysteriously.  The sale sign is also gone.  To be that quiet, they must not have any kiddos.  Darn.   :-\

It is a home on Stanley Falls.  I am down in Arlington and really do not know much of your area.  I guess I have learned a little by stumbling on this forum! Thanks

If you need more info, just ask for Ray & Melvin.  They seem to know where all the skeletons are buried.
