All of that information can be found at RealManage.com.  You will need to go to the Residents Portal and all of the neighborhood documents are listed there.

I think the owner would have to contact RealManage on your behalf. They are probably going to have to do that anyway to get you a pool key. Most people will not let anyone without a pool key in the pool area anymore because of the number of houses that don't pay dues, and number of non-residents who jump the fence.

Realmanage has an 800#, I am sure you can find it on their website.  I would suspect if you look at your lease you are going to have to ask your landlord for permission to begin with, but if not he will definitely have to file the paperwork with the HOA to get approval anyway...

And ditto on the pool thing.  Don't get mad at the people that won't let you in either, we can lose our key for doing it!!!

our landlord has already given us the pool key... we arent the type of people who would try to sneak into the pool anyway.  we treat this house like our own and have always taken good care of the owners property.

Sorry, I was not speaking to you specifically.  We have renters next door that take better care of their home than most homeowners, and I just love them for it.  :)

When we (homeowners) built a shed in back, we had to fill out a form giving specifics on size, materials, etc, etc.  I think my hubby actually had to do some sort of drawing, showing what we intened to build.  Then, we had to get letters and signatures from our bordering neighbors saying that they were okay with it.  Once it was approved through the HOA, we were given the go ahead.  Once it was finished, we sent photos to them to make sure it was acceptable.  Same thing when we put the pool in, drawing specs, neighbor approval, etc. etc.
I agree with everyone else, I bet the homeowner will need to be the middle man for ya.  Good luck with your project!! :)

You could just bypass that like our neighbor did when he built a back porch.  Oh wait, he couldn't contact HOA, because he doesn't pay his HOA dues!   ::)   At least the porch looks decent.

Funny that you mention that....the house with my "barking dog problem" has some sort of patio cover that they built on to the house....with plywood....it looks great....no really.....just...great.   *sigh*   ::)
