Can we plant flowers in our flower beds? I just know with an HOA you never know.... ???

I have never had any problems with the HOA about flowers, now garbage cans are another thing.

Yes, you can!  I think our bylaws say that at a minimum you have to maintain the landscaping that the builder put in, but you are allowed to do more. 

Up until this winter we have always had flowers and I can't wait to get some more back in.
