They just did another live feature on the 5pm news about the girl who was bit by the dog. Her family is asking the city to require fences to be at least 6 feet tall.

I've seen dogs that can jump an 8 foot fence.

Maybe we should require fences to be 10' or 12'...

Or we can acknowledge that in this case, either the dog was provoked into attacking, which would be the girl's fault, or the dog attacked for no reason, in which case it would be the dog's (owner's) fault.

Why blame the fence?

Were that to pass guess who'd have to pay for it?  ME!  I get tired of paying for everyone else's poor judgment.

im with you E, its bullcrap i would bet money they taunted that dog!! let them pay and suffer for their wrong doing, i hate it when animials take a bad wrap for something some stupid human provoked...ugh
i think the owner of the dog should file charges for the girl taunting the dog and gee if she did, didnt she trespass on private property....as i said im TEAM DOG!

Could the Creekside HOA be liable???...I'm Team Dog also.  I've always been a boxer owner and it's just not their nature to attack without being provoked.
