OK, so I received a letter in the mail around June, not asking me to pay $50.00, but telling me I had to pay to help repair the pond.  I paid my $50.00 and I have not seen one thing to suggest that any repairs are going on and it is now August.  Why is no one talking to us about the concerns of this neighborhood???  Why is there no work being done on the pond???  Why does our board feel that they have to keep everything to themselves???   ???

I need 50$ for pool chemicals. Not telling which pool  :D

Seriously I am thinking of going back to Law School. I plan to specialize in protecting ppl from their HOAs. Surely SMU has a certification for this by now. At this point I would work Pro Bono (No not for U2, that would be nice though), I am so mad at what ppl are dealing with.

we should hire a landscaping business to be our HOA. they'll cut the grass take care of the pool and not bitch at us if we leave our garabage can out "after dark" the day before pick up date.

it was 8:43 PM damn it!

and i get a nice "reminder" from Real Manage to not leave it out.

come the f**k on.

RealManage can shampoo my nuts!

Pretty sure this is outlined in your HOA rules. Only on Monday and Thursday, sorry you'll have to put those things away til then. I am sure there is room in the garage  :D

Hum, you know, there was a meeting to address a couple of weeks ago.  To bad you didn't attend and would rather nag about how you don't know anything.

From my understanding they should be starting on the pond by the end of the month, right now we are just waiting for the company that will be doing the work to get to our job.  I am sure we didn't get in line to have the work performed until we had the money.

Anything else you wish to spout off about???

Just so you know.  Neither I nor any of my neighbors ever got the notice of that meeting.  I heard about it from you, but never got a notice.  

From what I understand tho, I'm probably glad I wasn't there to hear some nonsense.  Seriously, we only got ONE bid for the pond project?

No, they got several bids for the pond project from what I understand.

I am beginning to have several issues with the mail service in Anna (although the meeting thing may have been hand delivered, I honestly don't remember).  Our check cards and several magazines have recently not been delivered.  Anyone else having problems?

I was told by 2 different people that were at the meeting that they asked how many bids were gotten for the pond project & they told them 1...

They were hand delivered.. guess they just didn't make it to our street.  I've not had any issues w/ regular mail except for everyonce & a while mine & my neighbors will be mixed up.
