From my understanding they should be starting on the pond by the end of the month, right now we are just waiting for the company that will be doing the work to get to our job. I am sure we didn't get in line to have the work performed until we had the money.

i try to stay nuetral and keep emotions out of my posts but i want to know why folks are so quick to jump on others? a person comes in here to find information and they get blasted for not already knowing it? i know our OH HOA (previous mgmt) never sent info out promptly, if at all. Is it that big of a stretch that this person never got the meeting info?

Maybe jumping on others is your source of strength, or even your only excersize but i do know some of you are professionals at it and should be paid.

and Red... i'm always going to hate the HOA, precisely beacuse I dont read the rules and/or abide by them. (just kiddin')

thus, I did not attend the meeting because I was serving my country.

And i doubt i'd call it nagging.

My motto is if you aren't trying to help you aren't allowed to complain. How many of these people that get on here and throw a fit even bothered to show up and vote in their Board of Directors? Seeing as we had less than 20 votes cast for a neighborhood of 300+ I am betting not to many.

See, i can dig that. I concur. i get tired of trying to help and not allowed to due to a seceret society of HOA helpers/volunteers (OH, not Falls) that cock block any attempts to help them as personal attacks on them.
