I am not saying that I am totally unhappy with them, I just hate calling them for the same thing every so often and they are at a loss on what is wrong. They are always polite and seem to try to fix it, but they never seem to be able to figure out the problem. I hate paying for the fastest speed, and not getting close to it. I am paying for 10 meg and very rarely to I get over 5 meg coming straight out of the modem.
At this rate I should go ahead and pay for the slower speed, but I am not sure if I would get those speeds promised to me.
